We are strategically placed to offer our customers several options when choosing their broadband provider. These include using a shared or segmented connection on our existing network (internet or VPN), or opting for a dedicated line.

This flexibility means that clients will not need to change their existing access provider agreements.

Brightness Reef also provides full redundancy with physically separate connections that can be rerouted in the event of connection failure or system issues. Our monitoring procedures ensure the highest possible level of uptime.


24/7/365 Support
We provide multi lingual support and solutions to our customers via email, telephone, fax and IM. Mission critical 24/7/365 support is available from our dedicated support staff.

Security & Monitoring
Automatic surveillance and monitoring systems are in place to quickly address problems and notify our engineers. Our certified staff can monitor critical systems around the clock.

The Brightness Reef data centre is located at an undisclosed facility with top-of-the-line security, uninterruptible power sources, and fire prevention systems.
